Oil Leak

I have a 96 E-350 and when its cold it leaks oil up around the oil cooler and as soon as it warms up it quits leaking and wont leak until the next morning after it sits overnite. So my question is what you have to do to change the oil cooler on a van.

not sure I have never done one. One a pickup just unbolt the cooler and wiggle it out then reseal and reinstall. Maybe MadVan will know.
