Fitting GT40P Heads to 351W

Do i need to drill the head bolt holes out for the bigger 351 head bolts on gt40P heads? I was told the holes were smaller to take none stepped bolts for 302s.

yes, they need to be drilled. GT40Ps are 5.0 explorer heads.
