Fugazi is starting off with a positive reputation.
The service manager called me back and said that he got the green light to do the necessary repairs on the truck. I will be dropping the truck off tomorrow and that's it.

Again thanks for all your comments and input!

This is a truly great forum full of good people!

Fugazi this is great news. I've been watching this thread of posts anticipating a victory and it appears they are going to help you out! Great news...

That is great news dude. Make sure to stay on them about the repairs because the fact that they are going to take care of the problems you pointed out to them means that they should have been caught when the 10000000 point check was preformed. They know their wrong, they just hoped you would go away. I love cars but I hate buying one, selling one, and trying to find a honest mechanic. Good luck

So I got the truck back and everything seems to be fine. They did mention in their write up that the car had some body work done to the passenger side rear door and therefore weren't able to adjust the door. Oh well, nothing I can do about it now. I just wished they told me about the body work when I inquired about it before I bought it. Lesson learned, don't trust the salesman.

They replaced the inner and outer tie rod ends, did an alignment and also replaced the passenger side locker (it was hard to engage).
