recklss is starting off with a positive reputation.
which is the best for my application

Ok here is the deal i have been to two or three other sites and none of them have people as knowledgable as you guys so now i'm here. i want to put a 351 into my 95 mustang stroke it out to a 408. i would rather use efi. with that i would like to be able to tune it if possible with an obd II port tuner for ease of use and it capablities. I figured that the best bet would be an engine out of a 96 bronco, f150, or van. since 96 is first year of obd II. so for that i would need a scanner/tuner but i haven't found one that would work. any idea guys set me straight. any insight would be greatly appericated!!!

ReAX is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.ReAX is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
My Sniper Special Forces allows me to input the displacement and it will work on all OBDII. This is the only system I know of with enough end user adjustability for your project. Other wise you will need to have a custom file built by SCT or the like and you can upload it.

Look, see these two tow hooks? They look like tusks. And what kind of animal has tusks?

there's a very fine line between not listening, and not caring. I like to think that I walk that line every day of my life.

It sounds like you're using the factory setup. I vote the X3 or the Livewire. If I was doing the swap I would go for the aftermarket setup. I'm not talking some piddly Holley setup but a completely programmable ECU where you can remap it to your liking. XFI from Fuel Air Spark Technology is the best in my opinion. If nothing more get their DVD that explains things.
