Yeah the DB Link stuff is nice. Pretty spendy for 0 Gauage wire. Too bad they don't make anything bigger.

I hear ya on that.

Her truck should be good on the 4 runs of 4/0. She won't be pulling as much amperage as my Excursion.

Slow going tonight. I got the Video Bypass switch working and got both door pods moving along.

Here's the pass side all glassed up

And here's the drivers side with a coat of filler on it. They will be cover in vinyl so I don't have a whole lot to do with them, just a few spots to smooth out.

coming along qutie nicely, patiently wating to see the finished product, looks real nice all around. I never thought about steeping up to welding cable, good idea though.

Thanks!

I would be further along if it wasn't so cold and rainy these last few weeks.

Thumbs up

bgalaxy67,
Been following your progress Looks awesome.
I just got finished tonight tearing out my interior to install a new system. I am no expert by any means. With that being said can you tell me how you are tieing in your speakers to the amps. I am installing one and need to know if I should run all new wires to the speakers or just run wire to the harness behind the stereo.
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated on any part of the install.
Thanks

Thanks Bro!

Honestly for the most part I run the wires back to the harness. I really don't like to dig into the door boots unless I have to. I feel the wire in the doors is plenty for a standard 4 CH amp.
