i got a code on my catliic system it comes and goes i changed both of my o2 sensors and it still comes back is it my catiltic converter

Post the actual code, cant help without it. Do you hear a hissing / whooshing type sound from the exhaust? Does you engine have a hard time building RPMs and do you have any known exiting problems in your fuel, spark etc. systems? You need to post as much info as you can or you'll get no answers or worthless guesses.

it seems like there is a slight miss but the code was bank one not with threshold standards there also is something green on the seem of the cat
