Ranger springs in a Bronco II?

I recently picked up a 92 Ranger 4x4 ext cab for parts and noticed that there seems to be plenty of clearance on it between the 235/75/15 tires and the body.I have read about the Explorer spring swap in the Bronco II but was just wondering if the Ranger ones would work as well?

They will fit but the explorer springs are a little bit stiffer and won't sag as bad over time.
