What do you say Guys and Gals.???? Can we pull it off.?
I'm thinking, Maybe some where Mid East Cal, maybe something like Mesquite Flats, Stovepipe or Texas Spring? Or we could go farther North.!!
its nice there in October! Well lets Kick it around and see what we can come up with.!!!!

Tom, Are you going to have the funds and time for that? After you come up to WAFTE G2G in June your wallet will be flat and your Vacation will be gone. Dont worry though< we are starting to pull funds for "bail" for you when you come up.

Fall's quite a ways off Tom. Did you mean Spring?
The locations you mentioned, are they in Death Valley? If so, Spring would be a good time for that location. I've always wanted to go down there for the wildflower explosion. It's supposed to be pretty impressive, I've heard.
Don't forget Benton Hot Springs too. I haven't been there but have heard that it is also a neat place, with good camping and I think there is some OHV type recreation about. It's North and East of Bishop, near the Nevada border, at the North end of the White Mountains.

I'm thinking if it's a GTG in the desert why not have a good old fashion pig picking?

Pit Cook a 1/2 or whole hog and have side dishes like Macorni or Potato Salad,Baked beans, Corn on the cob,Hush puppies or corn bread,Rolls,Desserts Like Banana pudding, cake and ice cream.

Just a thought.
