No hotel here, I'm only a little over an hour away. BTW, are we planning some kind of meetup and roll-in or is it just come as you get there kind-of thing. Either way, what time Friday, we already have the day off work.

 

Gate 3 is a 24 hr gate. I'm planning on being at the Club Tent Friday around 8a ish with Adrian, Steve(SoCal), Dave(MD CL) and Paul (MD) to setup banner, flags etc. I staying the the Hampton Inn. Cell is threeohtwo2456970

Looks like there will be 25 to 35 FTE'rs in attendance!

With work right now it looks like if I make it I will be driving up Saturday morning, and then back that night.

 

I wish I could make it up for that but we have a beach trip planned for the following week and getting off work that much always proves to be a problem. Oh well.

Looks like you guys are up on the hill! Not quite to the turnpike though. Have a great time and take lots of pics for those of us who can't go.

Hi Jason, is it too long a drive for you to come for the day, say Saturday?

Gonna be a fun time for all who attend.

 

Yeah, it would be about 10hrs round-trip to go up & back in the same day. My wife has to work that day so I'll be watching our 2yo little girl and that's too big of a trip for her in one day.

 

That's understandable, its about 4hrs, depending on traffic for me one way, maybe next year.

Hope to make this an annual meet for FTE.

 

My wife & I actually went to Carlisle & back in the same day for Bikefest in 2004. That was a REALLY long day though, and it was before our little girl was born.

Since I know so far in advance, I'll try & shoot to make it next year. Park inside the grounds for a change

 

I just got back from Bikefest today, scoped out our section, It's gonna be sweet!!
