Question have to replace radiator when rebulding?

Im rebulding my 351w 5.8L.....A few people have told me I should replace my radiator because I will have more compression from the new motor the truck has alot of miles on it almsot 300,000.Do you think I really should get a new radiator?not sure what that would run me but its the big radiator for snow plowing.any info will help thanks

Personally I would. I know that Jasper requires it to warranty their engines. If you have 300,000 on radiator it can't hurt.

X2, but if the radiator is free of physical damage and corrosion. Nothing wrong with a good cleaning.

If the radiator is in good shape, I would just have it hot tanked and pressure tested.
