finally figured out starting problem

[1993 E-150]

i turn the key and nothing happens, i bought a new battery, battery clamps, starter solenoid, started looking under van tthe connector to the range sensor, the ttabs that lock it on cracked and was loose, pushed it back on van starts like a champ, it weird because it started right after i used a code reader, i thought that code reader messed something up
