Man, I received an email but it left out the 1000 part and said I would be contacted by a sales person in a future email. Has not happened yet.

Did you give him more than one vehicle? I wonder if it is a one kit fits all thing.

He is in SD, my home state. He is about 150 miles from my parents. May be worth the trip next time. This is one of those things that is worth more face to face. Some things I would rather drive to get and spend $50 in gas than to pay 20 to have it shipped. At least he knows I can find him to *discuss* the warranty if needed.

If you spent 1000 and got your V10 excursion to over 16 in town, would you be interested in a more expensive (several thousand) part that is for the larger V8s? Maybe it works on 10s too, but how about diesel?

Interesting.
HAFC and a turbo....thats what I need!!!!The best in power and economy!

Who in there right mind believes a full size dodge van (no 318 in the minivan) gets 22mpg going up a 30% grade? I doubt a 318 dodge van could get 22mpg on level ground with a 30mph tailwind pushing it along!!!

If anything, I bet they are computer modeling some sort of project. You literally can get just about any result from your "model" if you input the numbers correctly. I'll give desktop dyno programs as a example. In those programs, you are able to spec an engine with specific internals and the computer gives estimated horsepower /torque readings. When those engines are built in reality, there is often a completely different turnout than what the computer expected. The programs are fairly close on "standard" type engines but once you start with some exotic combinations, the level of accuracy plummets dramatically.

Many cars running lower boost pressures get better mileage then naturally aspirated counter parts.

ya but she's still not buying it. I tried the "but honey, MPG will actually increase"...she is smart enough to say "only if you drive it the same but you will be racing everything you see"....not everything but ya...I have been looking and a buddy who owns a shop will do it for the fun of it...they just added one to a S10 for fun. it is hilarious...a beat up old S10 with the 4.3 and about 4-5lbs boost running strong. I would like 4-5 lbs, nothing over the top just a little more.

Heres a website with a pic of the guy. It looks like he's a former wrestler and from what I can tell from some of the other websites he's also a farmer.

I once had a 79 dodge truck with a gas guzzling 318 in it mated to a 5 speed. In AZ it got 21mpg summer. This truck had no A/C and no power brakes.

Wiinter was about 15, darn MTBE fuels...

As said a van with a 318 could get 22 at a steady speed, tailwind and downhill. Maybe they got their grade # plugged into the computer backwards.

How do you similate a 30 degree incline? The longest incline I have personally encountered on a paved road was 22 degrees. There was a definite reason the speed limit was 5. I could not get my Astro and popup any faster than that.

Thanks for the nomination, but I think I'll pass. First of all, I have school during the day, so it'd be hard to call. Second, I'm not going to waste my time talking to someone who is trying to scam people. If he is trying to part innocent people from their money, he isn't worthy of the dog sh**t in my backyard, never mind 20 minutes of my time.

Just to cover my butt, I apologize profusely in advance if this this turns out to be legit, but I have a feeling I won't be recanting anytime soon

I wouldn't pay. Sounds fishy, like check or money order that was pointed out seems suspicious. Why doesn't he accept credit cards? Not sure if I would fully trust someone named LeeRon either. (No offense to anyone named Leeron LOL) Maybe if they show me the Honda in NJ and get to drive it to see I'll believe it.

And how come in all the mechanics/technicians testimonies not one person gives their name? Probably so you can't find them and ask about it.

Maybe it'll work on my 73 since all I have to do is "plug it in" to my air intake. LOL. That's right where my MAF sensor is right? If this turns out to not be a hoax I would be impressed.

My thoughts exactly. I'm not sending them anything! I would be interested to see if anyone else with and X got the same quote as I did.

What you could do is get another quote with your truck under a different name and see what happens. Since you are getting a quote for same truck if price is different you definitely know something is up I would think.

Do you have a certified dealer or tech in Spokane, WA? I would like to see this product perform in person before dropping $1,000.00.

Sorry, I'm leary of this product. I hope you understand. Mike.

Hello Mike

I cannot refer you to another dealer or other customers, for confidentiality reasons. Those are just the rules I have to go by. I do completely understand how you could be skepticle of this product. There are many scams on the market. The best thing I can show you that separates the HAFC from another scam would be the 30 day money back guarantee. If for some reason this does not work for you, I have no problem honoring the gaurantee.

As far as your tech questions, I should be able to answer them or find someone who can.

I am absolutely fine with answering any questions before worring about making a sale.

Thank you for the response

Cody

I love the underlined quote (I underlined it to point it out).
