Here's some 09 F150 pics I took

If anyone is interested I just took some pictures of the '09 F150 at the Utah auto show. It is an XLT supercab. It really looks nice in person. I can't wait to test drive one this fall. Looks to be a really well thought out truck.

The headlights are different that's for sure. I really like the new grille Ford's thrown on her though. It flows pretty well and doesn't look TOO space age. Like....a.....mini......superduty......

Nice pics. I just don't understand why the grill has to be taller than the hood. The hood front should go straight across in the front with the top of the grill being just below the hood line. It looks like someone just stuck too large of a grill in the front. The black grill with the body color around it that looks like the SD grill is much nicer. It looks clean.
Also, The new Camaro doesn't really do anything for me. The Bullitt Mustang is cool, there is one in the neighborhood already and the new Challengers look awesome, but that Camaro looks like a Hot Wheels creation or something.

Once again, thanks for the great pictures. That KR is sweet!!!!

Thanks for sharing. That is the best looking tailgate of any truck, ever. Ford should have stayed out of the "who can build the truck with the largest grill" contest.

Thats for sharing the pictures. I really think they did a good job on it. Its got a tough in your face kind of look. That Ford reflex looks pretty neat to. I have not heard about that.

Arrow

Great pics, THANX !!!!!!!!

You could sign me up for one of the Super Chief trucks !!!!!! I believe that they have the wood floor in them don't they ??

ALSO, I wish that FORD would use the Tri-Sand white paint scheme with the Arizona beige on the KING RANCH !!!!!!!!! That'd be one helluva good looking truck with the seat color being what it is !!!!!!!!!

WAKE UP FORD !!!!!!!!!!

Just my $0.02

Man I personally think the new design is ugly. It does show more resemblance to the SDs now which does make it look more interesting.

I'll second the motion on getting signed up for a Super Chief lol. And yes, has wood flooring and flip up ottomans for the back seats.

Well, alot of people seem to be complaining that it looks too much like a SuperDuty.
This may be true, but all trucks looked the same up until 97. F100-F350's all used the same body, just a different frame and suspension. If they went back to this, there would be much less tooling cost involved and would bring the cost of the trucks down with the shared parts across the board. Mass production vs low production saves money!!!

I'm not sure not much. FYI, they just did a refresh for 2008 including new grilles, headlights, interior, etc.

The 09 F250 will be the same as now. I believe the 2010 model year will have a small styling redo and the new diesel motor(2010 emissions)
