Just a note:...We are getting a Group Site!

For those tent camping, there is not an issue with having a place to put up a tent. The site will accomodate 50 people.There will also be some tent spots in Tom's and Marty's trailor area.

Unless we go over 68 people, there is not a problem with anyone having a place to stay...If we go over that, I need to know before I set the reservations. After that, people are on their own, or we will hide them if the Ranger ever makes a physical count...LOL

Last year we had a great time, and there were no problems with Rangers checking out the site or counting people... We did have a cute blonde show up, inviting everyone for a nature walk though, that was about it.

 

She was actually inviting us youngsters to be part of the Jr. Ranger program. Then we went for a walk in the woods. Mike missed out, he had pork shoulders to watch.

 

You are right Tom!...If I thought anyone could have cared for those sholders like myself, I would have been gone in a minute!...LMFAO

 

Mike, finally went to the website, they are all wide enough. doesn't matter which one.

 

Here's the deal all...If I am to make the reservations, I will need each person to contribute ahead of time.

I am keeping a tight hand on funds right now, and can't be as generous as normal. Basically, I got in a fight with my brother in law, and I am temporarily not working...I won the fight, but he owns the company....I think you know what I mean.

Please keep in mind that the longer we wait, the less chance of having the dates open that were found a couple of weeks back.

We do need to know exactly who is going to be there, so we can establish the proper accomodations, and set the reservations. The sooner, the better.

The purpose of a deadline is to ensure that we can reserve and have the spots we need at the time we want them...If we push the time off too much we may not have the spots for the time we want them....If there are more that want to be there after the fact, we can do our best to make arrangements.
