It always was a pain to open and noone could ever open it besides me but it finally snapped. I am surprised it didn't break a finger or cut me up. Anyway I would like to get a white one or something sleek.

If you're looking for inexpensive aftermarket, check Ebay. I bought a replacement one there that seems to be just as good quality as OEM.

under stand able..I like chrome and SS..so it worked out for me..what's more important is they don't break in 20 to 30 bellow zero weather or when doors are froze shut...or a stiking tail gate...thats what i was looking for

 

which seller did you get them from Ron? My black ones are not really black anymore, and I want to pretty them up but not with the plastic overlay crap.

i cant remember..sorry....this was my first mod 2 years ago..breaking plastic door handles is very common up here.so it was the first thing i did..i still see them time to time on ebay in the ford super duty parts & accessories

 

if it is actual metal it could be powdercoated but i dont see any on fleabay

 

i was just looking to.no luck...i see alot of chrome inserts..but not the whole handle..i found them on a web site some one posted here a while back to..i cant remember where though..but they where almost $300 there...ill keep trying..i think i saved the web site some place around here...they may have them colored to..

 

If you want white, you will more than likely have to buy a black one and have it painted white.
