If I disconect the EBP sensor will the valve stay open?

If I disconect the EBP sensor will the valve stay open?

MY valve is closing and causing some greif. Will unplugging the sensor deactiave the valve?

to unhook the EBPV ..you un plug it from under the turbo..the plug is just above the blue dot in this pic.. there is a wire clip that locks it on..flip the clip back and pull the plug off
