Which Lights?!

Hey guys, taking a look at upgrading my standard, yellow, boring halogen lights. Whats your thoughts on these 3 options (remember im looking for the brightest! that also wont burn out my wiring)

1. Sylvania silverstar ultra - 5000k rated
2. Cheap ebay "8000k" Link - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB....cWAT.m240.lVI
3. Cheap HID setup (comes with ballast, bulbs, etc - total for 2 was $120)

Open to suggestions from the pros! thanks everyone

Best thing is to order a quality kit from a forum sponsor with the option of lifetime warranty
