It's painted!!!

I painted my 63 Ranchero finally. Let me say I'm not a bodyman. After reading the famous $50 paint job story I figured what the heck why not. I used rustoleum thinned with mineral spirits and shot it with my $20 Harbor Freight gun rather than roll and sand many times. I used Rustoleun metal primer (brown) 2 coats and mixed Bright red and sail blue 1:1 and thinned 2:1 paint/mineral spirits. The color is simply 1qt red,1qt blue, 1qt mineral spirits. Got two coats and just a little left for touchups. It smooth out as it dries and gives a nice shine. I did have some running issues but I think that was operator error more than paint. Here's a pic more in my gallery.Click the image to open in full size.
