mrpositraction is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
As always Ken, thanks for the advise. Never thought of the 02 sensors, do they go bad that early?

Ford used to require changing O2 sensors about every 25,000 - 50,000 miles. Problem is they are considered emissions equipment and if pressed Ford would have to pay for it the first 100K miles. So what did they do? They re-rated the sensors for 100k! They get carbon coated over time and lose their accuracy (they aren't very good to begin with). While they may be sufficient for naturally aspirated I wouldn't trust them with a blow application --- especially if you get custom tuning. One good thing about Roush's tune is they are very conservative with A/F ratios so even with older O2s you won't run into problems... but you won't have an optimally running truck either.

Where is the best place to buy the O2's, I looked around a little and it looks like about $100 to replace all of them, any better deals? This was a Bosh sensor off of eBay for our trucks.
