Ford used to require changing O2 sensors about every 25,000 - 50,000 miles. Problem is they are considered emissions equipment and if pressed Ford would have to pay for it the first 100K miles. So what did they do? They re-rated the sensors for 100k! They get carbon coated over time and lose their accuracy (they aren't very good to begin with). While they may be sufficient for naturally aspirated I wouldn't trust them with a blow application --- especially if you get custom tuning. One good thing about Roush's tune is they are very conservative with A/F ratios so even with older O2s you won't run into problems... but you won't have an optimally running truck either.
