GM HEI distributor for ford?

I have a 77 351 windsor,and I am concidering installing one of these HEI type distributors. I would like to hear from those who use it. What are the pros & cons?

I had one in an old 79' I used to have,I did not ever have the first problem out of mine,it never failed me.I had it about a year before I sold the truck,but during that time,it was great.
