everyone getting on the "diesel trend" did not drive up prices. the private market for diesel fuel use is a small slice of the pie.

the gps thing is baloney and never will happen due to the fact not everyone gets fuel for driving on roadways. i can fill a gas can, i can fill my off road use only truck, fill my boat, etc.... and no one is going to commit to the infrastructure or enforcement of have car only gas pumps and everything else gas pumps.

Ditto....value of dolar goes up and the price of oil goes down....the value of the dollar goes down and the price of oil goes up...it's as simple as that....if anybody doubts the validity of this argument then google this....."petro-dollar".

No matter the price, don't buy your fuel at Citgo. Let Hugo Chavez swim in his oil, I won't buy it and neither should you. No matter how much more I have to pay I will never buy my fuel from Citgo.

"don't buy from citgo" of course because it is so patriotic and much better to buy middle eastern and mexican oil.

if you actually understood supply and demand and economics in general, you would then know not buying from citgo don't do jack squat to the company.

and once again, i ask, buying from the middle east and mexico is better? you all have your priorities really out of whack if you think it is.
