manifold runner control system problem

anybody deal much with this system? i have the vacumn system with the two servos in back of the intake. both servos seem to be working fine but still throwing the light every two ignition cycles. any help would be appreciated.

Are you getting codes P1537,P1538?

p1537 only every 2 ignition cycles after clear.

That means only one side of the runners are not operating correctly.You can clear it all day long;it won't help.Been there,done that! Sounds like one of the accuators is bad!
