im no tech but I'll guess that that code means that cylinder 1 wasn't contributing what it should have been.

It means that the computer detected cylinder #1 as not outputting the same as the rest. On my truck it usually means an injector, usually a bad spool valve. The P1000 is a relearn code associated with disconnecting the batteries or reprogramming. It will go away after "X" number of drive cycles have been performed.
