Im looking for just a general ford shop where i can get brake shoes, bearings or any kinda of tune up parts. was told alot of people just go to autozone or kragen. is this true? i know no one that has a VW does this. just want to make sure i get quality parts. that wont break after a week of installing them. thanks!

The BEST autoparts store in SoCal for older car & truck parts:

ENGLER BROS AUTO PARTS ON PICO BLVD. IN WEST LA.

They also have a machine shop.

Tops Auto Supply in Anaheim is a great place to get parts for your Econoline. I just picked up a starter for my 65 for $39.99... that's $20.00 cheaper than Mac's
