How to pull the motor

I got a 1982 Ford 1 ton econoline van with the 460 and what i believe is the C6, i bought it to pull the motor and transmission out and put it in my truck, so my question is what is the easiest way to pull the motor and tranny in one piece out of there, would the easiest thing to be just unbolt the body and roll the frame out, any info would be helpfulland appreciated

START by removeing the ENTIRE front clip the radiator support and all in front of the
radiator grill front bumper, unbolt motor mounts, cut any un needed wiring, plumbing
remove rear mounts (tranny) disconnect drive shaft, lift from the front, and pull.
You WILL need 2-3 people to help with this, because you can't lift it as far as in a truck
Good luck
