Dan...maybe if you ask Matt really nicely...he'll show you how to do it with your Ranger...of course..you'll have to cancel your trip to PA in order to afford new tires!!!
By the way...I have zero access to the CL section...I'm merely one of Seans' minions who doesn't have a life. If he returns my GPS...I'll try to find it again!!!
Well right now I am dealing with the dealer on 2 issues. The breaks are having an annoying squeal (randomly of course) and the LSD dosen't seem to be working correctly. Forward seems fine but I get the one wheel spin trying to parallel park. You know how they never plow near the curbs but the center is dry. LSD should let me park without using 4x4. I got LSD so I can go that little bit further before "requiring" 4x4
The OEM LS diff is a pathetic joke, I changed fluid when I put the M-H diff covers on and didn't use any friction modifier and it still acts like an open diff. When I get far enough down the mod list I will get a Detroit Truetrac for both ends. It's a gear LS with no clutches to ever wear out and will handle up to 38" tires.
Like Sean said...check out the Frivolous Thread...just a bunch of BS...you'll get to know some of us through this thread. Just remember...strap on your sense of humor before treading in these waters!!! Hopefully we'll have something close enough for you to attend so we can bust you're **** in person!!!
Strap on your sense of humor, and bring along a healthy dose of tolerance for cheesy fast-talking car salesmen and computer nerds who spell badly on purpose to see if anyone is paying attention.
And post in technicolor so members of other chapters can wonder what's going on up here in NE...
