Need help: Horn short-to-ground problem

The horn on my '98 EB Expy blows the 20A fuse whenever I press it. I installed a new horn relay, but the fuse keeps going out. Anyone know the best way to troubleshoot this?

Most likley the horn itself is internally shorted. Unplug the horn and install a new fuse then press the horn button and see if the fuse blows.

antony25 - I removed both horns and wired each to the battery with a fuse and sure enough, one of the fuses blew. The remaining horn sounds kind of wimpy - like a small car's horn - so I definitely have to get a 2nd horn - quick. Thanks for your help!
