Redline Power Chip

On ebay there is a redline power chip that is claiming up to 30hp for the excursion. I have the v10.

Has anyone used the redline power chip? They are selling if for $24.99.

No such thing as a free lunch. If it sounds to good to be true... you know the story.

This is a 10 cent resister in a plastic box with a couple of external connectors. If makes the vehicle run richer, risking cylinder wash and poor mileage.

Thank you for the advice on this product. I'm not familiar with tuners and chips. I figured it would be too good to be true.

Yes sir. It's a farce. Before I found this site...when I had my F150 5.4 I fell for the same scam. It's exactly what Ken said. It's a freakin resistor. I could have gotten in for free from work if I'd have known. I paid about 14 bucks shipped and tossed the damn thing when I got it. Look into bigger names like Superchips, SCT, Edge....someone with a REAL reputation, good or bad. My .02
