Ftrankly i think Fords quality has wentup while Toyotas has went down. No reason to buy a Toyota now. I would think Toyota would be the last choice for people now. You know Toyota could put out junk for the next two years an people would still think they are better.

Is anyone else surprised that the first thread showing the "official" 09 F150 is turning into a Toyota is evil thread?

I agree and we need to get the message out to everyone and educate people on how much and cheap parts that Toyota uses.....

I have had a Toyota (1996 Landcruiser Trayback) it was hardly a death trap, and hardly low quality garbage either (and I bleed Ford blue).
In fact it had much higher quality than the 03 Superduty that replaced it.

And as for Toyota - I am all for them producing better products, if they don't, why would Ford?
The only reason we will be seeing things like the Boss V8 and the diesel F150, is because Ford will be pooping thier pants about Toyota being more competitive in the lucrative truck market (and quite rightly so - after having a chance to look over the Tundra)

Fred I have looked at the Tundra and have rode in one ...And in my book it is hardly a Truck no offence but..That is my opinion and I will stick with it the rest of living days

My everyday driver is green and I like to put color in my post..
