Mega Cab: In it's last year.

bed rail storage: IMHO, DOA.

Nothing creative, these ideas have been tried before. It's a rehash in a different package.

Nothing innovative, such as trailer sway control, fully boxed frame, quiet steel, hydrofoaming, best towing capibility in its class and payload.

Megacab has been replaced with crew cab now.

Anyways, where do you see bed rail storage in the avalanches?

The original had it. Don't tell me GM dropped it already as well!
Must not have been any takers...same as four wheel steering.

I've personally never seen an Avalanche with bed rail storage. Maybe it was the original concept model?

And come to think of it, I dont remember any truck besides the new dodge that has actual "bed rail" storage.

The only thing that I see on the avalanche of any kind of additional bed storage is that the front end of the bed can fold down into the cab. Like the Ridgeline.

i think the new dodge ram is ugly....as for the engine they are just numbers...the 09 F150 with a 5.4 has smaller numbers and still tows more...dont care for dodge and never did

The equivalently equiped ford tows pretty much the same. Only the reg cab XL can tow 11k, and 11k with a 1/2 ton is foolish

i've out towed a 07 ram with the 5.7 in my F150 with the 5.4 my trailer weighed 1,000lbs more and i still got up to speed faster. but about the dodge just like the new f150 everyone is trying new styles i guess we'll see which one works best in the eyes of the consumer
