The raceway had to move closer to the river, I forget why, oh wait, I think their lease was up. The old race site was then turned into an industrial area for the next long while until the site was redeveloped 5 or 6 years ago into "The Junction" Mall with a C-Tire and Save-On(it might be a Pricesmart by now though, it seems all the Save-On's are changing so they can end the Union contracts with the long term employees) and a bunch of little stores to fill out the facades.

I think "The Junction" is a stupid name for a mall because down here it seems wherever two highways meet there is a "Junction"

Next time I go to Williams Lake I'll have to see if I can find it. We go through Ashcroft to get there. Have to turn left instead of right. It wasn't much south of that big car dealership that was on the highway was it.

The junction isnt the best name for a mall. Whatever happened to naming a mall something cool?

Gotta start somewhere though man. Never know, Ive had it happen a few times where I got the same time off as a more senior guy. The company was good that way.

Ya I'm kinda in the same boat too. Just have to see once we get a date set. Never know I might be able to wangle.

A lot of companys want you to book peak holiday time in advance. Heck I hardly know what I am doing tomorrow let alone 3 months from now.
