After having so many of these trucks of the 87-91 style I have to say that they did some really weird options for these trucks. Now 92-96 some of their options get even stranger.

Don't dechrome it I actually really like the chrome on your truck. If it were mine I would add a billet grille to it but not the ugly way most people do it by just throwing it in I would cut all the gray plastic out and mount it behind. I would also add an 08+ super duty bumper with a 20" light bar in the middle and dually lights where the fogs are supposed to go and tow hooks.

Would you run a chrome 08 bumper or paint it? Your idea sounds sexy af.

There isn't a rear bumper out on the market that looks good. To me the back bumper was an afterthought when ford made the truck they don't flow at all with the body. That's why I had to make my own the only bumper that looks right.

No doubt chrome on your truck. If I didn't have my bumper I would run the setup I told you.

However if I went with an 08+ bumper I would go with a regular roll pan. I like my front and back bumpers to be the "same" meaning if I have a stock front bumper I want stock rear bumper but to me the fiberglass roll pan goes great with a stock front bumper. And if I have a aftermarket front bumper I want the matching rear bumper.

my rear may look good with the 08 bumper. That is without the big dent.
