Thats an urban legend. Without valve covers, it gets better cooling and a cooler engine is just like adding HP.

I'd use less rubber if I quit using all that power too heh heh.......besides....no valve covers makes it easier to rebuild the heads......

This one is my Baby, No winters.

This one I picked up as my daily driver and winter wheels.

My kids, 16 & 19, both think the trucks are dated and need to be replaced. They just don't get it.....lol
