Aux input cable?

What are you guys using for your ipods and such to connect to the aux input? The only 3.5mm to 3.5mm cables I have seen are 6 feet.

Radio Shack had a 2 footer when I went. It is still too long but much better than 6 feet.

The Apple Store has a retractable cord that has the IPOD or IPHONE connector on one end and the Ford connector on the other.
