Bronco II D30 leaf SAS

Hi, I saw your thread on Google and joined. Here is a link to the leaf SAS I did on my son's '84 BII, he's in the Navy, we did it while he was deployed as a thank you present. You'll need to scroll down a little to see the actual start of the thread, as you'll see the swap went well and had done very well wheeling. Steering is no where as crisp as the old TTB but it's a small trade off. Bronco II Straight Axle Conversion Details and Photos - Ford Explorer Ranger Enthusiasts Serious Explorations

Hey, was googling Dana 30 sas and came across this thread so I joined. Here is a link to the Dana 30 SAS YJ conversion that we did on my son's '84 BII while he was on deployment with the Navy. The 30 high pinion is very strong for it's size and can easily handle 35's. I build 4x4's for a living, this BII has done very well. Scroll down a little for the actual thread start.
