Based on what I have heard hear over the years, the answer is "No. They do not work."

I have often thought if they did work, they'd be included from the factory.

If a little piece of plastic or aluminum made a big difference in performance and/or fuel mileage, with the never-ending competition between Ford, GM, Dodge, etc for the upper hand, I'd expect it would be there as part of the original design and build.

I'd save my money.

I know, I'm just spoiling all your fun.
Not trying to. Just hoping to provide reasonable expectations for you when it comes to spending your money.
It's a bummer when you plop down your cash, all excited thinking you are about to get something really good, and later realize you might have just wasted your money.

Thanks for asking, listening, and hopefully not getting PO'ed at me.

like i said in the first post, do some research before you buy parts. for the simple reason that what works for me may not work for you!

Pretty good advice.
That, along with buying what you want for your truck should serve us all well.

thanx brian,
and thats what i said in the first place! always do some research on all the perfomance parts that you seek some may work and on the other hand it depends on
the application and the motor you have.
