Direct Injection Technology

I thought this might interest those who like the advancements in powertrain technology. There was some talk last time i was at SCT about it...and how in the near future all the aftermarket tuners will be pushing to be EPA compliant....

About a year or so ago, I worked on the last machine (to date) that had something to do with future EPA req'ments. It just so happened to be diesel injectors for a popular engine/construction eq'pment company. I see it hitting everyone at the last minute and having to scramble a lot of new technology and manufacturing in a little time slot.

Nice bit of info there...
