The tires on my truck seem to tilt inward, would any one know what could be causing this. Also when accelerating the wheel seems to go out of control and the truck is all over the road. It has a 4 inch lift. I'm not sure if this could be caused by the tire tilting in or the truck being raised.

Could be because of bump steer, it might need a dropped pitman arm.
Could be simply bad shocks and you need extended length ones and/or the old ones are shot or were not long enough. The bounce test will not work well enough to determine a bad shock, you have to take it off.

You need an alignment. The two main causes of the problem you describe are camber issues or a toe in condidtion. Did you install a complete kit or a home made kit? Give us a little more info so we can help you. If you haven't had it aligned since the lift was put on that's your problem. Good chance you will need different camber bushings, order superlift adjustable bushings. As long as you have at least 100 miles or so on the lift after installation you can take it to the shop, that will have given everything time to settle in.

I installed a complete kit and no i haven't had it alligened since i put the life on. I drove it to my shop tonight and when driving strait the wheel was turn about 1/4 of the way to the left. Should i do the allignment with the new 33 inch tires on it or do it with the orginial ones first?
If by original you mean the original smaller size tires than I would definately do it with the 33's just because of the size difference.
If your worried the 33's are not going to wear properly it won't hurt them but don't wait forever to align it.
Make sure that where tou are taking it to is familliar with lifted trucks.

The tire will have no effect on the alignment, use whichever. The alignment will be set off the wheels. As long as you don't have a bent wheel the alignment will be fine. The shop will be able to detect if the wheel is bent or not.

Do the alignment with the tires on it. With a 4" lift you might have bump steer too. But, the first thing to do is get the caster/camber/toe-in correct. You can buy simple tools from JCW and do a pretty good job all by yourself.
