EGR plate??

I need an egr spacer plate for my 460, I had been running one off of the 370 in one of our spare company trucks, but, we had to put that truck back on the road, and, I'm SOL... I've tried all the local junkyards, and, the Ford Heavy Truck dealer(have yet to get to the automotive dealer) and he told me that it's obsolete for a 4bbl...
I located a spreadbore setup minus a carb in the junkyard on a 78 Lincoln, I'm tempted to get it, and maybe get a Q-Jet to go with it(there's a ton of Chebbys in that yard) but, I don't really have much in theway of cash to put into the truck now(read: I'm a poor college student and I need to replace the box and rear gas tank) If I had the money, I'd just go and buy an Eelbrock Performer, but, I don't.

EGR plate??

Where are you located??
I can certainly use the carb and spacer, my Holley is thoroughly shot, and, I have had no luck locating a spacer. Is your setup a square bore carb, or a spread bore? I haven't seen any 70's big blocks with a square bore, but, I haven't seen any truck engines.

EGR plate??

currently i am located in pheonix, az but all that stuff is at my parents house in california. it is a spreadbore carb and adapter, if your intake doesnt fit this combo, mine does, which i would throw into the deal. i also have the t-stat housing if you want it. it cost me some where around 200 to get the carb rebuilt last year. its was trouble free when i took it off, but it wouldnt fit the new manifold thats why it didnt go back on. i would be willing to give all this stuff to you for really cheap, need any truck 460 exhasut manifolds??

82F100, you do realize that the spread bore Autolite carbs that you will find on mid to late 70's 460s are not compatible with Quadrajet carburetors, don't you? The butterfly size and orientation of Ford's spread bore autolite carbs are totally different than the Q-jet.

No need for the spreadbore, I have an entire 74 T-Bird with a spreadbore 460...
Also, I got the one on E-bay.. Still looking for a big truck version, the one I had off of the 370(83) was 2" thick.
