It is, both meniscuses (Menisci?) are torn. + ACL is ripped part way through
I went through 3 surgury's left knee, all approx. 9 months apart, then 3 shots of cinvisk. Similar to Slick 50 in the knee. Took 3 years before I was able to H20ski slalom again. Now my achellis is jacked, I won't be skiing this summer. You might want to get fixed before you climb Rainier. If not you will definately feel it.
