2009 f150 to get 3.7l duratec
The Duratec 37 will be the standard engine for the 2009
Lincoln MKS and the 2009
Ford F-150 , the link is from wikipedia and it may be questionable.

It is questionable. You'll find out how right I am about that in a week.

diesel??
The question to ask is when? not if the diesel is coming. The size of the diesel is really not that important as long as it is 400 ft lbs of torque. If they keep the numbers reasonable they can get decent mpg numbers.

My guess as to when is gonna be like the end of 2009 it'd be cool if it would come out when the new f150 was released but i guess better late then never. Although it will suck if they wait so long that every other truck maker has one in there truck as well.

I think the twin-force is ready!
I believe(really hope to see next week)the F-150 with a twin-force setup is ready. Between Ken and Dearborn Derick making us read between the lines, and hinting in certain directions, that is one of the surprises. Now for engine size for 6 cyl, have to wait and see.
