How do you resize images?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to resize images on windows.

Is this for posting images to FTE

There are online downloadable programs

You can do it in the program Paint.

You can do it online at photobucket

FTE user gallery does it automatically.

You can buy image editing CDRom programs for $5.00 at some stores

Microsoft Office Picture Manager does it quick and easy, if you have it on your PC.
