I would love to run our nicer drum plants that are all computer operated ours are auto/manual controls so we don't just sit back and watch it. Your running your mix a little cool out there we run ours 330-350 on everything but D mix.

At leat you had some nice loaders heh we just got a 966F for the plant and an old 980 for our RAP proccessing crusher at the other end of the facilty.
200TPH You may want to speed her up before she stalls

Depending on how wet our washed sands are, our drum mix plants would run between 280 and 400TPH. Them guys would need belly dumps, a pick-up machine and a 5" thick lift/mat to push a drum mix plant with dry materials on a Hwy job. What holds up our plants is the FOB's or should I say SOB's that all want 15 tons of a different mix.

As for temp, even with the PG oils, we target 320-325F at the slat conveyer, I would guess you keep your aggs & sands at 300+ temp with your stack plant.

I miss them days, now I work out in the road as a field engineer/inspector, and wonder when one of these bone head drivers are gonna hit me.

My PMS money comes from my small cattle operation and doing mechanic work, "on the side", for a friend/water well driller. I've been doing work for him for the last 25 years. We rebuild drilling rigs for resale, also. My regular job is doing maintenance and repairs on a fleet of OTR tractor /trailers, dump trucks, and heavy equipment.
