Smile Saved a 70 today
On my way to the transfer station today I saw a guy hooking up a 70 long bed to a tow dolly. Turns out it was going to be scrapped. Couldn't let that happen so I had him deliver it to my house instead. Looking it over, the bed is pretty decent, except for the floor the cab isn't too bad and the cab mounts are good. It's supposed to have a ("rebuilt 6 about 12,000 miles ago"). Have to check it out to see if a 240 or 300. 3 Spd trans and all glass is good. Will do a good hoeing out and checking over next week. Wife not too happy...........all contributions to divorce fund will be appreciated. George
