How did you adhere the vinyl to the dash? Was it tough to form it without getting wrinkles? Does your buddy have any wood grain patterns?

To adhear it it has sticky on the back already. i just obsessivly cleaned the dash pad before i applied to remove any old dirt, armorall, spilled coffee, ect. all in all it was pretty easy to form it without wrinkles (ive been mapping it out in my head for a while) i did use my ol'ladys hair dryer on the curves and to get the air bubbles out. dude i got it from aint "my buddy" he just runs the local sign shop. I dunno about wood grain for shure but would say that there is a good chance. He has done custome work for me in the past (mirror image Ranger logo) and is great to work with.

how hard was it to not have bubbles? that would drive me nuts. yours looks so profesional. i tired the walmart window tint on the rear window of my old dakota (staright glass, no winodw) and i couldnt keep form having smears and bubbles. tried all the tricks with water and the plastic scrapers. yours looks so seamless and perfect

i put a few drops of dawn in a bowl of water and dribbled in on before hand and the bubbles pushed right out. i had some stubborn ones at the corner where the stereo is and the hairdryer took care of them.

p.s. that walmart tint sucks use the good stuff (sunguard IIRC)

Im glad yall like my interior. Its really was easy to do and didnt cost much. If you have just a touch of patience anyone can do it. I am no pro and have not done a project like this before. I have tinted windows and put small vinyl graphics (ford logos) on before. Thanks again for all the compliments. If yall have any more questions I'll be glad to help. I have added a webshots link to all the interior pics to my signature.
