I took my 2004 f150 with 76,000 miles to a local mechanic, and he said that he'd have to go through 20 service bulletins to maybe find the issue.

Does anyone have a northern california mechanic or dealer that wont take me to the bank and can possible figure this issue out?

I would like to find someone that may have some "troubleshooting skills"!!
