orange county off road trails!! help

I live in orange county and this weekend I want to go to a quick off road trail to have some fun. does anyone know of any off roading trails in the area. Im looking for faster trails that I can take with more speed. thank you

I don't know of anything that you would be able to get into in O C since the fires.Probably better off going out towards the desert. It's more wide open anyway. Might be a little sticky this weekend, though.

The desert would definitely be the best place to 'open it up'. Hopefully an OC native will chime in on this. I go to Cal City, El Mirage or Lucerne for high speed runs.

you take santiago canyon road over the toll road and then make a left at cooks corner (dont know the street name, sorry) and then after you go over a bridge there will be a dirt road/parking lot on your left and that is it. i will talk to my buddies later today and try to get some better directions for you.

Yeah, the road that goes into Coto - Silverado Canyon Rd. maybe? It got pretty burned up in there, would probably be a mud-fest, if there is even access.

Not saying that mud is a bad thing, lots of guys seek it out.

yeah sorry that is it, i went up there after the fire and after some rain and there were some big puddles and some mud, but you could still move fast.
