Talking Tweety 50

Hello all, I am a new member and just getting on for the first time. I have a custom 1950 ford F-1. I have just finished my shop at my new place and ready to start working on it. I look forward to getting to know you folks and sharing information and good times back and forth.

Also I am looking for hood hinges for my truck.

Thanks

Welcome, Beavercreek, that's out of Oregon City? The 1950's trucks are great looking trucks, is it stock? Flathead? Just finishing a shop, I feel for ya on that one, I've been working a shop at my new place for over a year.

Yes just South of Oregon City. I was born here in Oregon City many moons ago. My 50 is custom. I used to be into original classics like my last one was a 68 Z28 camaro. Got tired of be prim and proper so I decided to get into the customs and Hotrods. I bought this one mostly done and I will be looking for a new project over the summer. I will post some pictures if I can figure it out. Any suggestions or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks for the welcome.

I am looking for the spring mechanism for the hood on my 50 as I use a plastic pipe to hold it up now.
