Ford Escape 2001 Cylinder 4 & 6 Misfire

I installed new plugs and some aftermarket coils.
Now codes for misfire on cylinder 4 and 6.
Could it be a leak on the intake manifold.
Running very rough.
Power is down.

I have the same issue. Error code P0305 Cyl 5 misfire detected. Anyone got any answers for this?
