cat- back -exhaust?

Cat-back just means that it includes everything behind the catalytic converter(s). You could get an OEM cat back exhaust, or a number of aftermarket cat-back systems. Most aftermarket systems use bigger tubes, mandrel bends (smooth, no-kink bend), and more open mufflers. There is some power to be freed up in your stock exhaust. A good exhaust will make any mods you make on the intake side more effective. It may sound better, too.
